Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Information Technology, Accounting, MIS, or related field
- 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development, or consulting experience in enterprise level solutions
- Delivery Team Experience: Demonstrated experience as a senior individual contributor or technical lead within a software delivery team. Track record of taking ownership of delivery outcomes within a product domain.
- Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent ERP Applications
- Backlog Management Exposure: Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, or managing a product backlog in an Agile environment. Familiarity with sprint planning and backlog grooming practices.
- Emerging People Leadership: Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading team members. Willingness and aptitude to grow into formal people management responsibilities.
- Solid Agile delivery skills, including hands-on experience with Scrum or Kanban and the ability to facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage team workflow.
- Emerging people leadership skills, with the ability to coach team members, provide constructive feedback, and build a collaborative team environment.
- Product/backlog management aptitude, with the ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work within a defined product domain.
- AI tool fluency: Comfort using AI coding assistants and automation tools in daily delivery work, with willingness to champion adoption within the pod.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal) with the ability to communicate delivery status and risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Technical competency within the team's product domain, with enough depth to guide design decisions and review team output.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $114,000 to $142,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
