Position Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Team Lead, SaaS Tools & AI Enablement to lead a team responsible for enterprise SaaS administration and AI platform adoption. This is a player-coach role that combines people leadership with day-to-day technical execution across approximately 40 SaaS applications, including Slack, Zoom, Monday.com, Airtable, Gong, Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace.

You'll lead a blended team supporting SaaS operations, AI enablement, and end-user support while partnering closely with IT, Security, Procurement, Engineering, and Service Desk teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SaaS and AI support professionals.
  • Manage the administration and lifecycle of approximately 40 enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Drive enterprise AI tool deployment, adoption, and operational support.
  • Oversee ticket queues, SLAs, workload prioritization, and service delivery.
  • Partner with Procurement on licensing, renewals, and application consolidation.
  • Collaborate with Security, IAM, ITAM, Engineering, and Service Desk teams to ensure secure and scalable operations.
  • Support Google Workspace administration and SaaS governance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS administration experience.
  • 2+ years leading technical support, SaaS administration, or IT operations teams.
  • Experience managing ticket queues, SLAs, and operational support teams.
  • Hands-on administration experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience deploying or supporting enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional IT teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Google Workspace administration.
  • SaaS governance, licensing, and vendor management.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience.
  • ITIL or Service Management experience.
  • Experience supporting M&A application consolidation or enterprise software integrations.
