About the role

This a night shift, 12 hour shifts - 3 or 4 shifts per week w/alternating weekends.

The Team Lead is responsible for production operations in certain areas of the plant, which includes Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People Development. The role carries responsibility for assisting the Team Resource Manager to ensure department Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's) are achieved and improvement plans are in place to reach targets

Your responsibilities

• Ensure production operations are safe and comply with State, Federal regulations, and company policies

• Follow procedures for Hazardous, General, and Recycled Waste management and disposal

• Support Safety, Health, and Environment policies

• Assist with quality investigations, ensuring timely and complete resolution of deviations

• Utilize computer management systems

• Make resource decisions to improve plant equipment effectiveness, reduce waste, manage OEE and labor hours

The experience were looking for

• Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication skills

• This position is not currently sponsoring Visa's or considering international movement

• Prior leadership experience in production preferred
