Team Lead

• In this role you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the production area during the shift
• You will also ensure production plan is followed and assist with training and continuous improvement
• Prepare post shift turnover report for oncoming shift and lead shift start up meetings is part of your role
• Function as a working Team Leader filling voids on the production team should they occur
• You will assist with the effective training and continual development of Operation Technicians
• Ongoing development of standardized work methods/processes, ensure that standardized work is followed
• Also you will drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and assist team members in consistently achieving their specific goal
• You will operate and/or oversee the operation of technical processes and equipment
• Monitor equipment and processes and ensure recording of process parameters

• A High School Diploma / GED is required, as well as effective oral/written communication skills
• You must have basic computer and math skills
• Able to safely lift 40lbs, stand 8hrs or sit 8hrs with or without accommodation
• Further you must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
