Team Lead

Monitors and assists employees in the designated department. Will take care of the paperwork for receiving material, shipping orders and perform audits on material before it ships.

Ability to effectively communicate with different types of employees and communicate with Management.

Ability to lead team meetings.

Ability to follow and enforce SC2 policy and guidelines.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding employee information.

Vision and hearing acuity is required in this position.

Strong Attendance is a requirement in this position.

Ability to use computer.

Requirements:

• Attendance is essential
• Forklift certification a plus
• Males must be able to regularly lift up to 75lbs and females 50lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet 8/10 hours
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Must be willing to work overtime
• Great written and oral communications skills
