Role SummaryThe Sequencing Team Lead supports daily production by guiding team members, monitoring workflow, and helping resolve issues in real time. This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping the sequencing process running smoothly, meeting quality standards, and supporting team performance on the floor.

Understands sequencing process (JIT) and production workflowMonitors WIP, queues, and inventory to keep production movingRecognizes bottlenecks and adjusts priorities in real time

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentExperience in warehouse, production, or sequencing environment preferredBasic computer and system navigation skills
