Their direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process and guarding the guest experience, overseeing the team to ensure second mile service. They are responsible for developing and training team members to provide craveable food, fast and accurate service, and a welcoming environment. Report to the Director of Operations.

- Maintain positive and professional working relationships with all team members
- Self-Assessments are being completed as assigned
- Utilize Pathway to resolve operational tasks
