This role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves providing regular feedback and recommendations to management on issues within the production line, such as organization, shifting priorities, and critical situations.
- Assist management in implementing staff movements as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining efficient production processes and addressing operational challenges.
