Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Provide immediate, respectful responses to guests’ needs
• Train new hires and set a positive tone for each shift
• Serve as a friendly, encouraging role model for the team
• Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and manage cash drawers
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests

Qualifications & Requirements

• Genuine smile and enthusiastic communication style
• Ability to create emotional connections with guests
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site
• Strong people skills and commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to manage team behavior and performance issues
• Experience as a shift lead or similar role preferred but not required
