What You’ll Do:• Support and coach individuals in daily living skills, wellness, recovery, and independence• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to direct care staff• Help create a safe, supportive, and person-centered residential environment• Promote self-advocacy, healthy coping skills, and community integration• Assist with scheduling, team support, documentation, and program operations• Make a meaningful difference every single day

 Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED required• 1+ year of related experience preferred• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required• Ability to obtain and maintain MHRT-1 certification
