Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Coach team members on customer engagement, communication, and sales techniques.

• Support promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.

• Engage directly with customers and demonstrate effective sales techniques.

• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Help train new team members on company processes and sales strategies.

• Assist with setting daily priorities and coordinating team activities.

• Track team results and communicate performance updates to management.

• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.

• Participate in ongoing leadership, sales, and professional development training.
