Job Overview

The Team Lead I will assist the Practice Manager to assure all Deaconess Heart Group providers and clinical staff meet licensing and regulatory standards of Deaconess Health System. The Team Lead I is responsible for the leadership, coordination and management of the daily operations of clinical personnel of the department they are over. The Team Lead I assures that the practice functions efficiently to support the physicians and/or midlevel providers in providing safe and compassionate patient care.

Education and Experience

• Associate degree from an accredited medical assisting program is required, with active certification.
• One year cardiac experience is required.
• Five years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
