Your Mission

As Team Leader (CEO), you are responsible for:

  • Driving growth, profitability, and culture
  • Attracting, developing, and retaining top real estate talent
  • Building leadership capacity across the Market Center
  • Protecting and expanding a high performance environment
  • Creating opportunity for agents and leaders

This is an in person executive leadership role based in Alpharetta, GA (30005)

Salary Range: $200000.00 per year

What Youll Be Doing

You will:

  • Attract and develop elite real estate professionals
  • Lead and empower the Agent Leadership Council (ALC)
  • Coach and consult top agents toward higher production and leverage
  • Implement KWs proven MREA models and systems
  • Execute big, bold growth strategies
  • Build a culture of standards, accountability, and excellence
  • Create opportunity for others to build wealth and careers
