    Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and the achievement of performance targets. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing team members to reach their full potential.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Supervise and guide a team of customer service representatives, providing daily support and direction.
    • Monitor team performance against key metrics (e.g., service level, quality, customer satisfaction) and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    • Motivate and engage team members through positive reinforcement, recognition, and team-building activities.
    • Identify training needs and collaborate with the training department to develop and deliver relevant programs.
    • Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
    • Generate and analyze performance reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
    • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.


    Job Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
    • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree preferred.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
