What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the Front and Back of House teams during each shift.
• Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and upholds the highest standards.
• Be a hands-on leader—jump in to support the team when needed.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Oversee food safety, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns with care and urgency, turning problems into solutions.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all Chick-fil-A standards.
• Stay flexible and ready to serve wherever needed, always willing to go the extra mile for the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• You have previous leadership experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• You have strong decision-making skills and can think on your feet.
• You lead with confidence, clarity, and care.
• You are organized and detail-oriented—small things matter.

Little Blue Menu® is an innovation kitchen brand created by Chick-fil-A®, inspired by the founder of Chick-fil-A’s first restaurant established in 1946, where he tested different menu items and presented them on a blue menu. Through Little Blue Menu, guests can order Chick-fil-A favorites alongside soon-to-be favorites like wings, burgers, and whatever we cook up next. Little Blue Menu will offer digital ordering for pick-up, delivery and catering.
