Successfully hand weld product based on production schedule needsMaintain high levels of quality and ensure product is welded properlyOperation of all fabrication equipment in the cell (robotic welders, hydraulic banks, drill presses…)Required to operate, edit and program tube or wire bending equipment in the cellFollow production schedules, determine what should run and huddle with the team.Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen events, layout planning, Value Stream Mapping as events happen)

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Value Added Skills:

Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not requiredTeam PlayerComputer knowledgeWillingness to learnAbility to train on any shiftPositive Attitude

Physical Requirements:

Working in areas where it can get warmWorking in a smoke free environmentActivities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bendingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift:

This is a 1st Shift positionHours are 6am-2pm Monday - FridayOvertime during busy season
