  • Provide subject matter expertise across AML, OFAC/Sanctions, Client Due Diligence, and Fraud
  • Develop and maintain procedures and training to support consistent, high-quality program execution
  • Oversee investigations and regulatory reporting, including SARs (U.S.) and STRs (Canada), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor controls, review metrics and reporting, and drive continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and partnership

What You'll Need:

  • Series 7 (or ability to obtain within two years)
  • 6+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, including BSA/AML, KYC (U.S.), and AML/ATF and FINTRAC (Canada)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and developing others
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills, with experience assessing risk and overseeing SAR/STR reporting
  • Sound judgment and the ability to balance regulatory requirements with business needs in complex situations
