Watch testimonials from current staffDSP Team Lead JordanDSP AshtonBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insuranceMileage reimbursementPaid Time Off and Sick Time Pay401k plan with company matchTuition reimbursementEmployee discounts with various vendorsLife InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Employee Referral payAdvancement opportunitiesEssential Functions and Responsibilities:Collect and distribute forms and agency information as directed by the Residential Manager.Develop and manage staffing schedules according to group home requirements.Ensure the individual's home is safe, clean, and well-maintained.Manage and collect individual financial information, such as COH.Implement Active Treatment per the client's Person-Centered Service Plan (PSP).Monitor healthcare needs, medication administration, and management.Oversee diet, meal planning, and shopping.Conduct and document monthly safety drills.Report any suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation immediately.Maintain documentation, certification, and training to comply with standards.Be available 24/7, except for scheduled days off.Review goals, prepare goal sheets, and assist in crisis situations, including handling medical emergencies and coordinating staffing coverage.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
