Job Responsibilities: Production Team Lead
Lead the production team on the floor. Make sure everyone shows up on time and ready to work. Assign daily tasks and keep production moving. Train new employees and help them learn the job.

• Check safety rules at all times • Check quality of products and fix issues fast • Keep machines and work areas clean and organized • Meet production goals and deadlines • Solve problems quickly to avoid downtime
Communication and Team Management:
Communicate with supervisors about progress and issues. Motivate the team and keep a strong work pace. Enforce company rules and work standards.
