Team Leader Lab Technical Medical Technologist

This role is ideal for experienced MLT/MLS professionals looking to step into (or grow within) a leadership position while continuing to apply their technical expertise. You will lead by example, performing and overseeing complex testing across multiple laboratory disciplines while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. In addition to hands-on bench work, you'll guide daily operations, mentor and train staff, and support their development through onboarding and ongoing education. The position also involves driving process improvements, maintaining compliance and quality standards, managing equipment performance and inventory, and updating procedures to support best practices. Qualifications

• ASCP Certification (MLS) - required and maintained during employment (or acquired within 3 years)
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• 2-3+ years clinical lab experience (lead or advanced experience preferred)
