Team Leader

Location: Manitowoc, WISchedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday, occasional overtime)Starting Pay: $21.50/hourWe are seeking a Team Leader for our Systems Department to support daily production operations and help drive a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This position serves as a key resource on the production floor, assisting with workflow coordination, team support, and continuous improvement efforts.Key Responsibilities:

Set-up jobs for the departmentSort and locate parts to complete ordersServe as a material handler when neededMonitor daily productionCoordinate the packaging/skidding of parts/itemsSupport training of techniciansAssist in any production cells as needed.Support the Lean Process Manager and production coordinators with conveying of goals, huddle information and helping with decisions related to job rotationParticipate in continuous improvement activitiesMonitor safety concerns and participate in safety trainings.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferredLeadership or manufacturing experience preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and BPCS systemsAbility to train, motivate, and lead others effectivelyForklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Working Conditions:

Manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled)Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) requiredExposure to loud noise and moving mechanical partsOccasional overtime
