This full-time position offers an opportunity for an experienced engineer to serve as MEP Team Leader in the Illinois region, based in Chicago with flexible WFH arrangements.
- The role involves providing technical leadership, project management, and staff development for MEP disciplines (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing) on infrastructure projects such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, and budget; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; ensuring quality control; mentoring staff; and supporting business development efforts.
- Requirements include a B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, Illinois PE license, 15+ years of consulting engineering experience with 5+ years managing projects and teams, and proficiency with relevant design tools.
