Job Responsibilities Include:
- Leading team members using our "CORE 4" model to serve guests: Creating eye contact, smiling, speaking enthusiastically, staying connected.
- Ensuring Second Mile Service is provided: Go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.
- Building and maintaining great relationships with co-workers, fostering a positive team environment.
- Training and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Managing inventory and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is well-stocked and organized.
- The ability to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.
- Being detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Having a servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship.
