What You’ll DO

• Coach and encourage team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Set the standard for hospitality, teamwork, and efficiency
• Help train and develop new team members
• Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
• A positive, team-first mindset
• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred (but not required)
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
