Summary/objective
The Team Leader is primarily responsible for the upkeep, quality, output, and accuracy of equipment processed by the assigned department.
Supervisory responsibilities
- Coordination of team members within assigned department and shift
Essential functions
- Able to work before and after regular business hours with or without notice
- Able to work on weekends with or without notice
- Use the PRG product database for Technical Service Notices
- Ensures equipment assigned is kept to good working order
- All markings and labels are removed from returned equipment
- Ensure all software is current to PRG standards
- Check and test equipment to ensure the unit is fully working
- Ensure PRG labels are in place and up to current standards
- Check items requiring repair into service
- Manage this process through TEAM
- Maintain ongoing cycle counts
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Work well under hard deadlines; ability to plan department workflow accordingly
- Solid understanding of department production equipment and functionality
- 5 years of experience working with your assigned disciplines equipment (Audio/Video/LED/Lighting/Rigging/etc.)
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a time-sensitive production environment

The pay range for this position is estimated to be $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Actual salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
