Team Leader - Paratransit

Do you love helping others and being part of a strong team? Do you have supervisory experience in the field of direct supports?

OCCK, Inc. is seeking a highly dedicated, driven, self-motivated individual to lead a team of Paratransit Drivers.

This team leader position will supervise Paratransit staff as assigned, ensuring quality services are provided. 

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Must have basic math skills
• Must have a proven work history
• Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting
• Must be available to work various shifts
• Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles
• A high school diploma or GED is required
