This position is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the day-to-day payroll processing operations. This includes, but is not limited to, administrative duties involving the development and maintenance of payroll systems, internal controls and records. Provides training to team on any new policies, regulations, and processes. Additionally, Payroll Team Lead assists team with resolving errors or responding to inquiries. Acts as the primary back-up to the Payroll Supervisor. May also support the financial needs of all the other hospital as assigned by Management.
