What You'll Do:
- Lead and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Coordinate patient care, supervise clinical activities, and promote evidence-based practice.
- Mentor, educate, and engage staff while fostering a positive team culture.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, workforce management, and staff development.
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, fiscal responsibility, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana RN license or Compact State RN license (required).
- BSN required or willingness to obtain per organizational policy.
