Team Leader - Resource Team (RN)

As a Resource Team RN Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to use your nursing experience across a variety of inpatient areas while serving as a trusted clinical resource for the teams around you. This role is part of our Illinois Resource Team and will float to various Deaconess Illinois campuses

This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership, giving you the opportunity to support nurses, coordinate care, and help ensure patients receive consistent, high-quality care wherever you're working. You'll collaborate closely with nursing leadership while helping guide staff, support daily operations, and step in as a resource when challenges arise.

Resource Team nurses are known for their flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and ability to quickly adapt to different patient populations and team environments. As a Team Leader, you'll take that experience even further by helping others succeed, supporting orientation and education, and setting a positive example for nursing practice across the organization.

Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois or other compact licensed state

Preferred: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:

• 2-3 Years of RN experience preferred
• BSN required, or in process
