Job Overview:

The Sterile Processing team leads the Sterile Supply Processing department and assigned

personnel providing sterile supplies and equipment support for patient care areas. Contributes to and supports the hospitals mission, strategic goals, and policies and procedures.

Employee must be able to successfully complete job specific orientation, competencies, and meet/exceed standards as identified in the criteria-based performance appraisal.

Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in Sterile Processing Department Preferred.
• 2-3 year of experience in Hospital Sterile Processing Department preferred.
• HSPA and/or CRCST preferred.
