Edward Jones' Tailored Branch Support team is seeking a Team Leader to lead approximately 20 associates who support branch teams and clients through phone and written inquiries. This role is accountable for team performance, talent development, stakeholder partnership, and execution of department and firm initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop a team by setting goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of trust, engagement, and accountability
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent through coaching, feedback, performance management, and partnership with HR and Recruiting
  • Align team efforts to department and division priorities by managing projects, initiatives, and change effectively
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, advocating for branch teams and enhancing the client experience
  • Manage client and branch escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution
  • Operate with sound business judgment in a risk-sensitive environment, anticipating issues and implementing solutions
  • Support and deliver department and firm initiatives, including transformation efforts, process improvements, and talent development strategies that enhance branch support operations and client experience
  • Current Series 7 license is required (SIE and Series 7 Top Off)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years' management experience in financial services industry or 2+ years financial services experience along with 3+ years of non-industry specific leadership experience or successful completion of Leadership Development course required
  • Coach and develop associates
  • Industry knowledge on specific products, processes, and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand process and procedures

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
