Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Responding promptly and respectfully to guest needs
• Assisting in training new hires and setting a positive tone for shifts
• Being a supportive and motivating team player
• Leading shifts, opening/closing responsibilities, and key holder duties
• Handling end-of-day cash procedures
• Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
