Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts, including opening and closing the store
- Participate actively in daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Provide immediate, respectful, and friendly responses to guest needs
- Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for every shift
- Manage cash tills and ensure operational excellence
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team and guests
Qualifications and Skills
- Enthusiastic and smiling approach to create connections with guests
- Strong people skills with a desire to support and serve team members
- Ability to manage team member behavior and performance with care
- Experience in leadership roles is preferred but not required
