Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts, including opening and closing the store
- Participate actively in daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Provide immediate, respectful, and friendly responses to guest needs
- Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for every shift
- Manage cash and ensure operational excellence
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and guests
Qualifications and Skills
