Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts, including opening and closing the store
• Participate actively in daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Provide immediate, respectful, and friendly responses to guest needs
• Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for every shift
• Manage cash and ensure operational excellence
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and guests

Qualifications and Skills

• Enthusiastic and smiling approach to create connections with guests
• Strong people skills with a desire to support and serve team members
• Ability to manage team member behavior and performance with care
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
