What You’ll Do:

As a Team Leader, you’ll partner with the management team to lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure that every part of the restaurant is ready to serve guests with excellence. Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading shifts with urgency, clarity, and a positive presence
• Coaching team members and giving real-time feedback that helps them grow
• Supervising workstations for cleanliness, food quality, hospitality, and speed of service
• Ensuring accurate order preparation by following recipes and reading tickets carefully
• Helping manage cash-handling procedures, security practices, and restaurant standards
• Resolving guest concerns with care and professionalism
• Creating a healthy, accountable team environment where people feel valued
• Supporting our grand-reopening goals through disciplined execution and strong communication
• Stepping in wherever needed and taking ownership of the shift

• Dependable, punctual, and able to set the example
• A clear, encouraging communicator who enjoys developing people
• Coachable, humble, and committed to continuous improvement
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Focused on details without losing sight of the guest or the team
• Able to stand for long periods and move quickly throughout a shift
• Eligible to work in the United States
