About the Role:
VESCO RESIDENTIAL CLEANING LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Team Manager to lead our cleaning crews in Loveland, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive quality, efficiency, and team performance in a fast-paced residential cleaning environment. Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support residential cleaning team members during daily operations
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards and client expectations
• Coordinate team schedules, assignments, and route logistics
• Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company procedures
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work at residential properties
• Communicate with management regarding team performance, supply needs, and client feedback
• Foster a positive, productive, and professional team environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and keep teams on schedule
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
