Job descriptions:

Team Member (includes cashier/baker/cook)

As a crew member at Fuddruckers, you must be a professional, personable, master in menu knowledge, know the current promotions, and offer all of this to every guest without fail.

• Positions include Cashier, Guest Service Ambassador, Clean Team Associate, Prep, and Butcher.
• If you like flexible hours and good pay where you can see and meet new friends, then this is the job for you!
• 16+ years old.
• Demonstrates basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's trading area.
• Must possess excellent guest service and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality.
• Comfortable suggesting items to guests.
• Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
• Professional appearance is required (uniform standards).
• Ability to count back change.
• Problem solver that has the ability to adapt and overcome.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be a team player with a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to cross-train in other areas as needed.
