Back of House Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Operate various kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly kitchen environment at all times
• Stock kitchen inventory and assist with opening or closing tasks
• Follow all safety protocols and report maintenance issues promptly
• Stay up-to-date with new products and complete required training
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code and company policies

• Positive, customer-service oriented attitude with a love for helping others
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and in a team
• Ability to lift 20-35 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexible availability including day and night shifts, weekends, and weekdays
