As a Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every guest—from warmly greeting customers and taking accurate orders to preparing and serving our food, maintaining a clean and safe restaurant, and supporting your teammates during busy periods. Your Role:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, and ensure every guest feels welcomed with honor and dignity.
- Take customer orders, explain menu items, and accurately handle payments (cash and card).
- Count your cash drawer at the start/end of shift as assigned and follow cash-handling and verification procedures.
- Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverages according to Juici Patties standards.
- Bake patties and execute kitchen production as assigned (timers, batch rotation, quality checks, safe handling).
- Verify every order meets quality, portion, and accuracy expectations before handing it off.
- Support fast service by monitoring ticket times and order-to-ready flow, communicating delays quickly, and helping the team recover speed during peak
- Mark, stage, and hand off orders promptly so guests receive accurate orders without delays.
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas (FOH and BOH).
- Clean, stock, and restock workstations, dining areas, and storage areas throughout the shift.
- Support inventory basics by receiving deliveries, rotating product (FIFO), labeling/date marking, and reporting low stock to leaders.
- Complete opening and closing tasks and help wherever needed to keep the restaurant running strong.
What It Takes to Be a Juici Patties Team Member:
- Desire to ensure the happiness of our customers.
- High school Diploma or equivalent (a combination of education and experience may be considered).
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Fun, friendly, and professional with guests and coworkers.
- Good under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask and prepare several orders simultaneously and accurately.
- Comfortable with basic math for cash handling, counting, and accuracy.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where ticket times and order-to-ready speed matter.
- Willing and able to follow all health and safety guidelines and Juici Patties operational standards.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repeated motions for stocking, cleaning, prep, and service.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot kitchen line, cold storage/freezer).
- Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and standard restaurant equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
