Rate: $17 - $18 per hour

Position Summary:

Chick-fil-A Gateway Center is excited to hire team members that are passionate about joining a positive, people-focused environment! Team Member Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Greet guests warmly and with genuine hospitality.
• order accuracy
• Work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Proactively check on guests and offer refills or assistance when needed.
• Cash handling
• Knowledgeable about the menu, limited-time items, and allergen info.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, prep stations, fryers, and storage areas.
• Support opening and/or closing kitchen responsibilities, including deep cleaning.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistent and reliable

• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move for long periods
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as necessary.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions when maintaining (heat/rain).
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
