Position OverviewAs a Team Member, you are the face of Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop. You’ll help deliver our mission of “Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time” by preparing delicious food, serving guests with a smile, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.You’ll work as part of a collaborative team to ensure every guest enjoys the same high-quality food and service that has made Capriotti’s a fan favorite nationwide.Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the register or drive-thru (where applicable)
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Capriotti’s recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to create a positive, high-energy environment
- Complete assigned training programs and participate in ongoing skill development
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Basic math skills (for cash handling and inventory)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to Capriotti’s standards of Quality, Passion, and Pride

Founded in 1976 in Wilmington, Delaware by siblings Lois and Alan Margolet, Capriotti’s was born from a desire to create something unique while honoring family heritage.
