Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the cash register and POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Upsell menu items to increase sales revenue
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or food service environment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in retail math for cash handling and calculating transactions
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and POS system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
