As a Restaurant Team Member, you'll help deliver the exceptional service and hospitality that define the Paradies Lagardère experience.

You'll greet guests with a smile, prepare food and beverages according to quality standards, process transactions accurately, and support a clean and welcoming environment. Your work helps ensure every guest leaves satisfied and every visit is a positive part of their journey.

What You'll Do

Deliver Outstanding Guest Service

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Provide prompt service in a fast-paced environment
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed
• Create positive experiences through exceptional customer service

Prepare and Serve Quality Food

• Prepare food and beverages according to recipes and brand standards
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist with stocking and replenishing food, beverages, and supplies
• Support efficient operations during peak business periods

Operate the Point-of-Sale System

• Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately
• Handle cash according to company procedures
• Balance speed and accuracy while serving guests
• Ensure proper cash handling and loss prevention practices

Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with cleaning dining rooms, kitchens, equipment, and service areas
• Remove trash, wash dishes, sweep, mop, and complete sanitation tasks
• Follow all local, state, and federal food safety regulations
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail experience
• Cashier or point-of-sale experience
• Food Handler Certification or equivalent
• Experience in quick-service, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant environments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motions
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and busy restaurant environments

Schedule Requirements

Airport operations never stop, and neither do the opportunities to create exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates must be available to work flexible schedules that may include:
