Looking for hands-on work that combines organization, photography, customer service, and estate sales? Join Caring Transitions as an Estate Sales & Auctions Team Member!
In this role, you’ll assist with estate sales, online auctions, downsizing, and relocation projects by organizing, staging, photographing, researching, and preparing household items for resale. From everyday household goods to antiques and collectibles, every project is different — and your work directly helps families during important life transitions.
What You’ll Do
Sort, organize, pack, and prepare household items for resale, donation, or relocation
Stage, photograph, and describe items for online auctions and estate sales
Upload auction listings to the CTBids platform
Assist with estate sale setup, customer support, pickups, and checkout
Research and organize auction lots and resale items
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Work in client homes preparing items for liquidation and transition services
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and handheld devices
Reliable transportation required
Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and staying active throughout the day
Ability to work in changing, cluttered, or dusty environments
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a background check
