Provides programs and initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent. Responsible for creating a meaningful team member experience that will allow employees to thrive while support Best Place to Work strategies. Responsibilities:
Designs and implements programs and best practices to distinguish Baptist Health as a Best Place to Work.
Partners with Internal Communications to cascade key messages across the enterprise.
Collaborates with hospital leadership and key stakeholders to identify areas of high turnover and develop interventions to retain talent.
Create toolkits and resources for the execution of the program's activities.
Develops and supports a robust reward and recognition program celebrating team members and leaders’ contributions to the organization, including length of service recognition.
Leads team member advisory councils and employee resources groups to gain insights on successes and opportunities for improvement.
Establish a cadence for team member feedback (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse surveys, leadership Q&A, etc.); oversee design, deployment, results analysis, and action planning with relevant stakeholders.
Champion and influence cultural shifts that create diverse, equitable and inclusive outcomes.
Serve as a thought partner to the business and within the HR team on a variety of strategies and programs including performance management, organizational design, succession planning, and talent reviews.
Gather and analyze data then identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and engagement across the organization.
Manage the program budget, including challenging costs, approving expenses and reporting on actual versus budgeted program spend.
Stays current with creative and innovative programs in the industry.
Flexible scheduling as occasional evenings and weekends may be requested.
Holds self and others accountable to Baptist Health Way.
Maintains compliance with all Baptist Health policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Three (3) years of experience in developing strategies and plans aiming to promote retention and engagement.
