Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests with positive professionalism
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining and other other areas
• Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Help create a friendly, efficient, and memorable guest experience
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards in hospitality, speed, and accuracy

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong communication, positive mindset and a passion for serving others
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work mornings, evening, Saturdays, and holidays as needed
• Dependable and carries a strong work ethic
• No experience required-we will train the right people
