Our Team Members make it happen! Team members are the face of our business and the Smoothie King Brand. They help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products that inspire our Guests to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy.

Responsibilities:

• Making custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”
• “FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of our nutritional supplements and vitamins
• Providing guests with information regarding our products
• Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business

Qualifications:

• Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Food Service experience preferred but not required
• Commission Sales experience helpful
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
