Front of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service with a smile and eye contact
• Take customer orders, operate the register, and assemble food items accurately
• Work efficiently in the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, or kitchen as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Support lunch and dinner operations, including restocking and closing duties
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Follow Chick-fil-A’s vision, values, and dress code consistently

$17.13 - $19.00 per hour

Work Schedule & Environment

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Shifts include day, night, Monday to Friday, and weekends
• On-site role in a fast-paced, fun, and loving atmosphere
