Chick-fil-A Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food service.

As a Team Member working in the Drive-Thru / Dining Room (Front of House), you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at either the front counter or drive-thru, deliver meals to Guests, maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and ensure each guest has a great experience!

As a Team Member working in the kitchen (Back of House), you would prepare and cook food to ensure quality and accuracy of orders, maintain kitchen cleanliness and other kitchen duties.

• Must Have Availability Friday and/or Saturday (Closed on Sundays)

• Premium Pay for Full-Time Kitchen Staff and Full-Time Closing Shifts

Back of House Team Member (Kitchen) Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food

• Maintain food-safety and cleanliness in the kitchen

• Be detail-oriented

• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

• Work on your feet for several hours at a time

• Communicate effectively with other Team Members

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

• Other duties as assigned

• Have the ability to lift and carry up 50 lbs

• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

Front of House (Drive-thru & Dining Room) Team Member Responsibilities:

Education/Experience:

• Restaurant experience helpful but not required

• Education not required
